2010 Expo Booth Participation Form

 

Booth participation will include:

Exhibit space at Lakeside Shopping Center with 1 6ft skirted table and 2 chairs

Opportunity to provide materials promoting your business

Opportunities for give-aways and enter-to-wins

Opportunity to provide entertainment at the event

*No selling at this event

Below is an explanation of categories in which you may participate in this expo:

Non-Profit Organizations 

If you are a non-profit school or business, you will be given the opportunity to participate at a reduced rate.   A display table and 2 chairs will be provided as well as a listing in our event brochure.  (Must be a 503C organization.)  Call for more info.  

For Profit Organizations

Schools or businesses may participate for a nominal fee. Your fee will include a booth with a display table, 2 chairs, a listing in our event brochure, and electricity upon request. The fee for your booth will be $295 prior to March 13th , and $350 afterwards. (Kids & Family Advertiser Discount: $250)
